Job Description Early Years Teacher Hanson Recruitment is working with a large number of schools across the South-West which require teachers. We are currently hiring for an Early Years Teacher to work in a Bath school 4 days a week, from January onwards. Pay Rate: 150 - 180 per day (subject to experience, role and qualifications). These teacher positions are regular part-time roles during school hours.Responsibilities include:Using assessment data and implementing strategies for raising achievement of pupilsExperience of managing HLTAAs and/or LSAs in the classroomDelivering the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability of group/subjects/s that you teachEncouraging the participation of pupils in the social and academic processes of the schoolAssisting with the student's behaviour management and social-emotional developmentFollowing all school behaviour, safeguarding and Health and Safety policiesQualifications & attributes:Experience of early years teaching in any capacityEarly years/ education degree or equivalentAbility to work between 0830-1530 hours during the week term-timeYou will be able to work flexible days or full-time and can change your availability week by week if you choose to do so.
