Finance Business Partner

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business partner to join an exciting Professional Services company with a fantastic reputation in their field, based in the outskirts of Bath (commutable from Bristol). For the right person the client is offering a very competitive: 50,000 - 53,500 plus hybrid working and excellent wider benefits package Role responsibilities will include but not limited to: Prepare and deliver accurate management information for multi cost centre operations - profit and loss, Capital project spending, KPI's Working as a business partner with cost centre managers and the businesses team of internal stakeholders to ensure they understand their spend and targets. Recommending actions to address any issues Produce budgets and financial forecasts, including detailed written commentary/presentations Reviewing and monitoring spend on capital projects, updating cashflow forecasts regularly Ensuring adherence to the companies accounting policies and procedures, in particular maintaining the correct split between capital and revenue spend Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts Manage Balance sheet reconciliations for cost centres Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial systems and processes including a new FP&A system Person specification: Fully qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) Currently working as a Finance Analyst/Management Accountant within industry, or be a first mover from a top 10 practice Experienced in using a range of accounting software packages Precise and accurate in your work, with good self-checking.
