Deputy Manager Residential Care Home (Bath) Salary: 35,000 45,000 (DOE) Contract: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our residential care home in Bath , which provides residential, dementia, respite and day care services. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and smooth operational performance. You will play a key role in staff supervision, compliance, and service improvements. Key Responsibilities Support the Home Manager with all aspects of home leadership and compliance Lead and mentor staff to deliver outstanding care Ensure strong governance, safeguarding and care planning practices Assist with audits, quality assurance and CQC compliance Build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high care standards Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care Extensive experience working within residential/dementia care homes Strong knowledge of CQC standards and best practice in adult social care Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Interview Process Two-stage process: Initial interview via Microsoft Teams Final face-to-face interview at the home TPBN1_UKTJ
