2+ PQE Private Client Solicitor - Bath

About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated Private Client Solciitor or Chartered Legal Exec with approximatley 2 years PQE to join a well established law firm in the Bath region. you'll be delivering legal advice across a wide range of private client services, working closely with individuals and families, many of whom have been clients for generations. Key Responsibilities: Managing a personal caseload from start to finish - drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and handling Trust & Estate administration. Liaising with clients directly (face to face, on the phone, and in woriting) to provide accurate, clear advice. Supervising and mentoring junior and support staff. Contributing to business development: networking, referals, cross-referrals and operational improvements. Supporting other qualified colleagues on cases as required. What You'll Need: Solid experience working within a Private Client Team. Strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage expectations well. Excellent organisational skills to manage your own caseload efficiently. Financial awareness and ability to manage the financial aspects of client matters.
