Job DescriptionContract Administrator (Part-Time - 25 hrs)Location: Sulis Down Business Village (office based)Hourly Rate / Salary: from 13 per hour (16,900 per annum pro rated)Contract Type: Permanent, Part-timeWorking hours: Weekdays, Mondays essential - 25 hrs p/w. Could be 5h a day but flexible as long as hours are met throughout week.nnAbout the rolenWe're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Southstoke, Bath. In this impactful role, you'll provide essential administration support to our busy contract team. If you're looking for a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference, this is the role for you!nKey ResponsibilitiesnnCompleting all administrative tasks for the office on a part time basis; managing own workload, deadlines 'supporting the Contract Team.nManaging communication and enquiries via phone and email, ensuring smooth & professional translations between clients, subcontractors & internal teams. nServing as the first point of contact and welcome between the company and its customers, vendors, and visitors.nScheduling meetings and appointments; taking clear & thorough meeting minutes when required. Also scheduling through SMS system.nSupporting Contract Managers and department heads.nAssisting in scheduling and coordination of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring job progress is monitored and reportednProcessing paperwork as required - Invoices, Quotes, Employee Forms etc. to maintain accurate records, orders and site reports.nKeeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessarynnRequirementsnnProven experience in a similar administrative role - open to any industry but high preference on grounds maintenance/landscaping.nAbility to confidently liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders and manage contract documents.nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).nExcellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.nnWhy join us?nAs the UK's leading grounds maintenance and landscape creation provider, no two projects are ever the same - and neither are our people.
