We are seeking a Global Customer Marketing Manager to join a leading blockchain analytics solutions business. This role will focus on fostering long-term relationships with existing customers, and building a vibrant community of advocates. In addition, this individual will play a role in supporting key tier 1 regional events working with the global events manager.The aim of this role is to create and nurture a community that existing customers and prospects want to be part of, and to be active advocates of in order to retain customers and grow. If you have 8+ years in customer marketing in B2B SaaS or technology companies, ideally within the blockchain, financial services, or compliance sectors, this could be the role for you.Responsibilities will include:• Customer retention and engagement to deliver the best ongoing customer experience. • Creating customer marketing programs such as email campaigns, webinars and exclusive executive briefings • Product Led Growth acquisition and retention strategy• Customer advocacy & community building to facilitate a platform where customers are empowered to share their experiences and make recommendations • Creating opportunities to network with peer groups and share experiences including an annual customer event • Creating customer advocates through the development of a reference and referral program to help grow our customer base• Brand building by working with the wider marketing team to help identify those customers who will advocate to help build the brand Skills required for this role: • Over 6 to 7 years’ experience in customer marketing in B2B SaaS or technology companies, ideally within the blockchain, financial services, or compliance sectors• Experience in building and nurturing a customer advocacy program or community of brand ambassadors.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations that resonate with customers.• Hubspot usage • Fluent in English; additional language skills in any of the key APAC languages are a plus. The role is a hybrid role allowing you to work two days in the office and three days from home.
