Senior Events Manager

Our client, a leading independent healthcare communications agency is looking for a Senior Events Account Manager to join their growing team.This is a brilliant opportunity to deliver meaningful, high-quality events for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, from congresses and symposia to advisory boards and investigator meetings – all while being part of an agency with a friendly, social culture and a genuine commitment to development.The RoleYou’ll be the key point of contact for clients and will take the lead on planning and delivering events of all sizes across the UK and internationally. Your responsibilities will include:Managing projects from concept through to post-event reportingBuilding budgets, sourcing venues, negotiating with suppliers and managing all logistics (speakers, travel, AV – the lot)Ensuring smooth on-site delivery – and being prepared to roll up your sleeves when neededLeading on post-event audits and compliance documentationMaking sure every event meets ABPI, EFPIA and other relevant guidelines – you’ll be a role model for compliant behaviourBuilding strong, long-term client relationships and collaborating closely with internal account teamsAbout YouYou will have at least 2 years’ experience organising and managing pharmaceutical or healthcare eventsAre highly organised and detail-focused, but can keep an eye on the bigger pictureCommunicate confidently with clients, suppliers and colleagues alikeHave experience with event registration platforms such as CventUnderstand pharmaceutical event compliance and auditingAre happy to travel in the UK and abroad to ensure your events run flawlesslyWhy join?This isn’t just another events role, it’s a chance to join a healthcare communications agency that’s genuinely helping patients.
