They are now looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney / Legal Counsel to support complex commercial partnerships across Europe.The RoleLead and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreementsAdvise on telecoms regulatory and compliance mattersSupport cross-functional teams across legal, engineering, finance, and BDBuild scalable legal frameworks for a rapidly growing global businessOversee external counsel and support international operationsWhat You’ll BringUK-qualified lawyerMinimum of 7+ years PQE in telecoms, satellite, or advanced techPrior experience negotiating complex strategic transactions and partnership deals with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and strategic technology partners and suppliersLaw firm and/or in-house legal experience within a telecommunications or technology companyFamiliarity with international telecom regulations and cross-border agreementsExperience in satellite communications or emerging technologiesWho You AreClear communicator with strong stakeholder skillsDetail-oriented, commercially minded, and adaptableComfortable in fast-moving, innovative environmentsThe company offer a very attractive package, remote working and as the will be the first legal hire in the UK, it also offers the right person the space to scope out the role and make their mark.
