Residential Property Associate

We are currently working with a highly regarded Legal 100 firm that is looking to grow its Residential Property Team with a Residential Property Associate (4–5 yrs PQE) based in Oxford. If successful, you can expect a mix of work acting for buyers and sellers in relation to purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property.Responsibilities: Reviewing, drafting and amending contracts, deeds, letters and reportsCompleting search submissions and land registry formalities, researching titles and handling subsequent queriesManaging exchange, completion and post-completion mattersAdvising on financial management matters such as mortgage redemption, transfer of equity and re-mortgage processesHandling residential tenancy and licence mattersProviding advice on residential property transactions for new developmentsSecured lending workYou will likely soon develop close client relationships that will endure through your career.
