Service Engineer Automated Storage SystemsLocation: South of EnglandEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: Up to 40,000 + Overtime AvailableHours: 8:00am 4:30pm (Door-to-Door Pay)About the RoleA leading provider of automated vertical storage and retrieval systems is seeking a technically skilled and self-motivated Service Engineer to join its UK field service team. Covering the South of England with occasional travel into London, this role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technology.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform fault finding, servicing, and repairs on vertical lift and carousel systemsInstall and commission new equipment at customer sitesRespond to breakdowns and emergency callouts, ensuring fast and effective resolutionManage your own diary and work from a monthly service listProvide technical support and training to customersMaintain accurate service documentation and reportsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveryEssential RequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Strong experience in electrical fault finding, particularly with:Motors, drives, converters, control panelsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsGeneral understanding of mechanical systems (training provided)Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South and into LondonExcellent communication and time management skillsWhats On OfferUp to 40,000 salary, with overtime availableDoor-to-door pay covering travel timeExtensive product training on global leading automated systemsCompany vehicle, tools, and mobile deviceFlexible working with diary management autonomySupportive team culture and ongoing development opportunitiesCore working hours: 8:00am 4:30pmJBRP1_UKTJ
