In this role you'll: Keep the team focused on safety and environmental standards, making sure all work meets H&S rules and NRSWA specs Spot any issues early and escalate them promptly to keep everything on track Lead and inspire your team with quality training and mentoring, helping them grow and succeed Encourage fresh ideas and continuous improvement to keep us moving forward Stay ahead of schedules to reduce disruptions and avoid mistakes before they happenWhat do I need to succeed?
