We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lettings Partner to join our expanding team. Being a commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential, join us and take control or your earnings. You will be responsible for driving new business, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and promoting our lettings services across the market.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.Whats on offer to you as a Lettings Partner at haart Estate Agents in Basingstoke;On target earnings of 54,000 per yearFully uncapped commission schemeA guaranteed monthly commission amount whilst you build your pipelineRemote working, from both home, and occasionally from your host office, whichwill be local to youYou must reside in Basingstokeor within close proximityA Company carMobile phone and laptop on your 1st dayDedicated training and coaching as well as a branch network to support you and your ongoing developmentA chance to build on your career, providing you with opportunities to gain more experience and knowledge to help you progress to the next levelYour main duties as a Lettings Partner at haart Estate Agents in Basingstoke;Monitor your designated areas operational and financial results against plans and budgetsImprove and increase profitability within your designated area, putting short, medium and long-term initiatives in placeBe accountable for the legal and commercial compliance within your areaEngage in local marketing initiativesWork independently and take responsibility for the brands reputation within the public forumCollaborate with peers to build networks and relationships whilst identifying opportunities for referralsImplement and ensure compliance of the operational planning and financial control systemsMaintain relationships with landlords, tenants, our Property Management and Operations teamsContribute and support the Lettings Director in devising the Area strategy to ensure profitable growth and continuous improvement within the AreaWhat you need to bring to the table as a Lettings Partner at haart Estate Agents in Basingstoke;You will be able to demonstrate your Residential Lettings industry track record, knowledge and successesBe a self-starter who can work effectively unsupervised and be a part of a greater team, building strong internal and external relationshipsYou will have a reputation for delivering outstanding customer serviceYou will have a hunger to earn, and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedicationYou will have a willingness to continuously develop yourselfYou will be passionate about Spicerhaart, our brands, values and processesYou will have a strong knowledge of Basingstoke, and surrounding areasAs a previously experienced Branch Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator, we would expect you to be able to build new client relationships, leverage your existing client relationships, and maximise revenue through quality instructions and book growthYou will understand and predict market trends across business streams in order to react/forecast appropriatelyYou will have a sound understanding of Marketing and the marketing cycle;You will understand what works in your marketplaceBe able to build a close working relationship with our marketing and operations team and effectively maximise all of the marketing channels available to you.You will be able to provide constructive advice to our landlords to achieve the best price and best tenant for their property in the fastest possible timescaleYou will have a strong presence in front of a camera, where you appeal and engage with your audience to maximize your reach.You will be a champion at conducting the basics; canvassing, prospecting, social media, video, 5 star reviews, door knockingYou will be able to build 'sustain long term performance through book growthThe finer detailsWe are currently conducting all interviews using video software.To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)Well need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:Passport/Birth CertificateWe will also needFull UK Driving licence for a manual vehicle.Proof of AddressNational InsuranceEqual Opportunities:At Spicerhaart, variety makes our Company DNA come to life.
