Team Leader

Elite Live-In Care are national provider of live-in care and we are looking to expand our team! Could you be our next Live In Team Leader? The Team Leader role is key in supporting new live-in care packages by ensuring a smooth set up and high-quality service from day one. You will be required to travel to new packages of care across England to carry out assessments. You will be working closely with our local branch teams to facilitate a seamless start to the new care packages. We are looking for someone who is passionate about exceptional, so if this could be you, we want to hear from you! The role is based within Basingstoke however you will be required to travel to service users homes, so driving license and use of vehicle is essential. Nationwide applicants welcome. As a Live In Team Leader you will: Supervise, mentor and lead the care team in delivering an exceptional standard of care to our service users. Provide personalised support to care workers both in the field and offer guidance remotely Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments for people who use the service, using a computerised care planning system Review packages of care and adjust the according to the service users needs Audit communication logs, medication charts and financial records Be the face of Elite Live-In Care within the local community Participate in a backup/on call rota Maintain good relationships with care workers, service users, stakeholders and the office team As a member of our team you will have access to: WeCare App 24/7 online GP, mental health support, financial support & virtual wellbeing Blue Light Card we reimburse your BLC subscription which gives you access to 1000s of discounts at popular establishments, brands, shops and restaurants.
