Through innovation, science, technology, and maintaining a clear focus on people, we make mobility possible.We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our operations team at our Head Office in Basingstoke on a 12-month fixed-term-contract to cover a maternity leave. The role:As Logistics Administrator, you will provide administrative and customer service support, relating to the import and export of goods and processing of Customs entries.Key duties:Managing Customer Logistical Order fulfilment process.Creation of Internal and External Customer Pick Lists for Warehouse.Liaising daily with warehouse, sales, planning, supply chain, finance and other departments where necessary.Arranging internal and external Customers’ shipments with Logistics Service Providers, monitor and manage to ensure OTIF is achieved.Preparing Shipment and Export Documentation to meet all country compliance and customer requirements for UK / Europe and ROW shipments.Audit all import and export customs documentation per shipment to ensure full complianceIssue Import Customs clearances and maintain all relevant compliance records per entry for business audit purposes, to include import log and Compliance import documents.What are we looking for?To be considered for this Logistics Administrator opportunity, you will have the following:Essential skillsEducated to GCSE level in Maths, English and ScienceComputer literate, experience with Microsoft OfficeProven import/export experienceCommodity Code experienceExcellent customer service skillsHigh attention to detailGood interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalNegotiation skillsTenacityWhat can we offer you?As Logistics Administrator, you will receive the following:BenefitsCompetitive salaryHours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 4pm FridayEarly finish on a Friday on a rota basisFree parking25 days holiday – increased after serviceOption to purchase additional holidayPensionHealth cash planDiscounted shopping/leisure activity vouchersCycle to work schemeOpportunity to be part of an award-winning organisation with a culture that centres around our core values; courage, learning, integrity, collaboration, and innovation
