We re launching a brand-new Permanent Staffing Division to complement our established success within the temporary recruitment sector and we re looking for a talented consultant to lead the way. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop your own perms desk, working with a strong portfolio of existing clients while also driving new business growth. What We re Looking For Minimum 3 years experience managing a busy permanent recruitment desk Proven track record in business development and successful permanent placements Strong understanding of industry job boards and sourcing strategies Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to exceed expectations A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service What s On Offer Competitive basic salary: 30,000 to 40,000 Highly competitive commission structure Performance-based salary increases Laptop and mobile phone provided Smart-casual office with an early Friday finish Supportive, friendly team environment in our brand-new modern office in Basildon This is a 100% office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
