Job Description Location: Basildon (Phoenix House)Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)Department: MarketingManager: Marketing ManagerContract Type: Internship (Full-time)Duration: 12 monthsSalary: 26,000 or 28,000 depending on your university degree level.Main Purpose of the Job:Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support with the marketing activities of Capital, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all sales data to the Sales teams and Management. Furthermore, you will support with the monitoring of benchmark offerings and play a leading role in organising Capital events and meetings. Clear understanding of data and customer focus are key.Key Activities:Sales data processing (scheme spending monitoring, Sales results reporting to provide data to sales team - dealer report, dealer penetration).Incentive card program (commissions and incentives processing for loading, communication with cardholders)Benchmark monitoring - regular monitoring of competitor offers for CV, AG and CEFinance promotions monitoring - regular website and social media monitoring to ensure the promotions are compliantCooperation on various meetings organisation (catering orders, help with hotel booking if needed etc) from Capital sideEvents - help with Capital presence set up & during the events give-away etcCapital merchandise stock managementKnowledge and Experience:Educated to degree level ideally in marketing, data analysis, business or a similar fieldDemonstrable experience analysing large data setsAdvance knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPointFlexibility to travel to eventsWillingness to learn new things not being indefinitely in one or another job role but combine partly Capital marketing activities with sales data processing/analysis.Drivers licence is desirable for travelling to eventsRight to work in the UKIt is a condition of employment that employees may be required to undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required of them.
