Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team and play a key role in fee-earning work.The Role:As a Fee Earning Commercial Property Paralegal, you will support our busy commercial property team by managing your own caseload under supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancingDrafting and reviewing contracts, leases, reports on title and other legal documentationConducting legal research and due diligence including Land Registry and Companies House searchesAssisting solicitors with more complex transactionsLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third partiesEnsuring compliance with regulatory and internal proceduresThe Ideal Candidate:At least 1 years experience in commercial property law (as a paralegal or similar role)Strong understanding of the commercial property transaction processExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervisionA client-focused and proactive approachLegal qualification (e.g. Law degree, LPC or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
