This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is confident using basic IT systems. Youll play a key part in preparing component kits for production, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Accurately read and select kits and reels using numeric references Verify kit contents against production requirements Manage de-kitting and liaise with Stores to resolve shortages Follow SMT process flows and maintain high standards of workmanship Report any issues to the Team Leader promptly Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to ESD and safety protocols Support continuous improvement initiatives and be flexible to assist other departments when needed What Were Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors Comfortable working independently and within a team Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and internal systems) Physically fit able to lift, move, and carry components Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing setting Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career?
