Industrial Flooring Estimator

A growing and dynamic company in the industrial flooring sector is seeking a Resin/Industrial Flooring Estimator to join our busy estimating department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a vital role in quoting projects and contributing to continued business growth. This is an office-based role in Basildon , with regular client site visits required. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for resin and industrial flooring projects. Manage enquiries and prepare quotations in line with company processes. Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Conduct site visits and liaise with customers face-to-face. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Requirements: 1+ year of estimating experience (essential). Background in resin or industrial flooring within the construction sector. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Full UK driving licence (required). Own vehicle (required). Ability to commute reliably to Basildon, Essex .
