This is a high-impact role responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing IT/business alignment, and delivering large-scale system solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the identification, negotiation, and documentation of business and technical requirements.Engage early with stakeholders to align IT value with business strategy.Own end-to-end project lifecycle: business case, scope, requirements, testing, rollout.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and technical teams.Define as-is and to-be system architectures and guide transition strategies.Ensure solution scalability, international capabilities, and adherence to budget.Drive prioritization, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution in fast-paced environments.Evangelize business value to IT while resolving user and implementation challenges.Utilize strong program management tools such as process mapping, use case documentation, and data flow diagrams.What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Project Manager in Card Acquiring domain (Mandatory) Strong understanding of system architecture, business processes, and SDLC Effective communicator with executive-level presentation skills Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience balancing strategic and tactical project needs Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field preferredWhy Join Us?
