Job DescriptionOur client, a well-established company in Basildon is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Service Coordinator to join their team initially on a temporary basis which will ultimately develop into a permanent contract.Our client is looking for a friendly and personable individual with experience of coordinating facilities maintenance engineers workloads alongside excellent communication skills, a confident and positive approach and the ability to multi-task.The focus of this role will be to provide a first-class service to customers. You will be answering incoming calls and dealing with planned preventative maintenance contracts and works and emergency breakdown / reactive calls. Other aspects of this role will include preparing quotes, ordering spare parts and carrying out all the related client, contract and compliance administration.For this role you will need:Previous experience within a Service Co-ordinator roleAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.You must possess strong organisation skills, use your initiative, work independently and prioritise your workload.Business and / or Administration QualificationsExperience of Construction Manager or similar programmes.Good knowledge of Word, Excel and OutlookWorking hours are Monday to Friday 8am 5pm.
