Road Exports Administrator Location: Basildon Salary: Up to 30,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Road Exports Administrator to join our clients team in Basildon. This is a key role within the export operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and customers receive the highest standard of service. Key Responsibilities Process and manage documentation for export shipments. Respond promptly and professionally to customer and supplier enquiries. Manage invoice processing, charge allocation, and interdepartmental cross-billing. Maintain accurate and organised shipment records. Liaise effectively with colleagues across departments to support smooth operations. Accurately input and maintain data to ensure system integrity. Use SAP and Microsoft Office applications to support day-to-day administration. About You Previous administration experience (export/road operations experience desirable). Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines. Confident in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office.
