This role offers the chance to shape customer journeys, influence global strategy, and make a real difference in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.About the CRO Specialist roleAs a CRO Specialist, you will support strategy and lead the execution of optimisation initiatives aligned with business goals.You will drive testing and experimentation using tools such as GA4, Content Square, and A/B testing platforms.You will collaborate with UX, Product, Analytics, and Performance teams to deliver measurable improvements across campaigns and platforms.CRO Specialist key responsibilitiesSupport the global CRO strategy and roadmap.Use Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to deliver personalisation and segmentation.Champion a test-and-learn culture across international markets.Produce clear reporting, documentation, and insights for senior stakeholders.Manage vendor relationships and ensure testing aligns with internal KPIs.CRO Specialist skills and experience3+ years in e-commerce or digital optimisation, with a strong focus on CRO.Proven CDP and personalisation experience.Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4 and Content Square.Hands-on A/B testing expertise.Worked with large commercial or ecommerce companies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.To apply, please send your CV by pressing the apply button.TPBN1_UKTJRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
