You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the client and staying across every detail of their projects.We're after someone with a genuine passion for sport and culture, especially football, who brings energy, focus, and commitment to their work. You’ll be part of a medium-sized team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment, leading your own projects while collaborating closely with the wider team.What you’ll be doing: Leading day-to-day management of multiple projects, owning timelines, task delivery and qualityActing as the main client contact — leading calls, sharing updates, and managing expectationsTranslating briefs and feedback into clear, concise internal debriefsPresenting creative work with confidence, ensuring internal sign-off at each stageCollaborating with strategy, creative and production teams to shape and challenge ideasMaintaining a solid grasp of the creative and strategic direction across your projectsManaging creative and design resourcing, ensuring appropriate staffing for project needsManaging internal and client-facing status reporting and documentationLeading elements of production where needed, including managing clients on setMonitoring workload and escalating for support when required, working closely with senior team membersEnsuring all work follows internal sign-off and approval processesAdhering to our local & environmental purchasing policies, reviewing the targets from our impact reportABOUT YOUExperienced in running multiple mixed-media campaigns simultaneouslySkilled at building trusted client relationships and presenting ideas with clarity and impactConfident managing stills and/or motion shoots, with experience supporting clients on setProficient in creating and managing presentations across Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and KeynoteComfortable estimating and financially tracking projectsDetail-oriented, well-organised and calm under pressureBrings fresh thinking and cultural insight to the team4+ years’ experience in Account Management or Senior Account Management within a creative or agency environmentUnderstands the end-to-end agency processProactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve how things are doneCOMPANY BENEFITS25 days paid holiday (per annum) plus Bank holidaysXmas office closure in addition to your Holiday entitlementCompany healthcare for yourself with HealthShieldAssistance programme with 24/7 confidential access as part of your Health Shield planFlexible working scheme - 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home, of your choosing.Work Pension schemePersonalised development programsThe Midnight Club is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
