The team is friendly, approachable, and fully committed to ongoing development and progression.The Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified to mid-level solicitor with a passion for commercial property law. You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners on a varied caseload that includes:Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitionsDrafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and related agreementsDevelopment work including site acquisitions and disposalsLandlord and tenant mattersSupporting on high-value or complex commercial transactionsProviding advice to SMEs, investors, and developersAbout YouYou will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with between NQ to 3 years PQEStrong grounding in commercial property law from a recognised private practice firmA client-focused, commercially aware approachStrong technical drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent organisational and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
