With a strong local presence, their team is well-versed in the specific needs and challenges faced by clients in the region.The Real Estate Team:Real Estate is a core area of their practise, with approximately 60% of their lawyers dedicated to this sector. Their multidisciplinary team is recognised as one of the UK’s top 15 Real Estate practises and advises on a wide array of investment and development projects across commercial and residential sectors. You will join a dynamic team that handles significant mixed-use developments and high-value investments.What You'll Be Doing:As a Real Estate Associate Solicitor, you will be an essential part of their Investment and Development practise within the Real Estate group. Your responsibilities will include:Engaging in various property transactions for a diverse mix of developers, investors, and public/private sector bodies.Handling sales and acquisitions, as well as asset management tasks, including landlord and tenant matters.Assisting with real estate finance work, including preparing CLLS certificates of Title and managing conditions precedent.Collaborating on complex projects alongside their Corporate, Banking & Finance, Litigation, and Energy & Sustainability teams.Building and nurturing effective client relationships and maintaining compliance with firm procedures.Participating actively in marketing initiatives and departmental training sessions.What You'll Need:To succeed in this role, you should possess:A qualified solicitor status with a completed training seat in Real Estate.Excellent technical skills and the ability to independently manage and progress matters.A strong client focus and a commitment to service excellence.Drive, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.Commercial awareness and the ability to establish credibility with clients.A solid academic record.Why Join Them?This is an exciting opportunity to advance your legal career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
