With a strong presence in the community and a team of over 100 professionals, they offer comprehensive support to both individuals and businesses.Due to growth, they are looking for a driven and client-focused Solicitor to join their well-established Litigation department. This is your chance to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team with very flexible working arrangements and a real focus on work-life balance.The role:This is a broad litigation role where you will handle a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, delivering a high standard of legal service. You will take ownership of client files from instruction to resolution and play a key role in shaping and expanding their litigation offering.What they are looking for: A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in dealing with a broad mix of commercial and civil disputesKnowledge and previous experience in a number of litigation areas would be advantageous.Excellent client service skillsAn understanding of different clients and their needs based on your solid experience dealing with different clients.Demonstrable experience of developing and fostering strong relationships.The ability to work collaboratively and as part of a wider team.Strong communication skills, verbal and written.Technically competent using modern case management systems as well as MS Word & OutlookAccustomed to meeting billings targets in a fee earning role.Why Join them?
