About the BusinessThis international consumer products business now has a need to appoint a new Employment Lawyer to its EMEA legal team.The OpportunityThe position will support the UK and wider EMEA business as well as part of the international business. You will work closely with the business on a wide range of matters, leading and advising on all aspects of employment law, employee relations, performance matters, employment strategies and industrial relations. You will work closely with the UK, EMEA and often wider international HR teams, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring cohesion and best practice across the business internationally.About You This is a unique opportunity for an employment lawyer with EMEA experience to join a people-led business in a key legal role for the business. The position will suit an employment lawyer who enjoys building and fostering strong working relationships and working with a business which holds itself to high standards on employment law matters.Broad and varied employment law is key, with EMEA exposure or experience being highly regarded.
