Principal RF EngineerLocation: Chelmsford, Cowes – hybrid (generous relocation available)Salary: £73k DOE & 10-15% bonusPrincipal RF Engineer overview:This technical role focuses on the RF aspects of hardware design, developing solutions for new products and integrating technologies into legacy systems.What you’ll be doing - Principal RF EngineerDetailed RF circuit design including component selection, evaluation, simulation, schematic capture, and preparing guidance for PCB design teamsElectromagnetic simulation and analysisSpecification of bespoke procured hardwareDesign verification using a combination of simulation, analysis, and testGenerate design documentation and technical reportsAdherence to Engineering Lifecycle and contributing to progress, peer, and design reviewsYour skills and experiences - Principal RF EngineerCircuit and RF Design ExpertiseProficiency with RF Test Equipment: Skilled in using advanced RF testing tools such as vector network analysers, spectrum analysers, waveform generators, and phase noise analysersDesign Proving and ComplianceAll successful Principal RF Engineers will be contacted within 2 days of application
