People Operations Associate

Location: Fully Remote - candidates must be based in the UKContract: 8 Months, Full-Time (40 hours/week)Start Date: Early September 2025Rate: negotiable depending on experienceWe are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our client's global People Success team on an 8-month contract. You’ll be supporting a fully remote workforce across APAC, EMEA, and the US, providing exceptional service on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing and triaging employee requests (Tier 1), ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possibleDelivering onboarding, benefits administration, approvals, and offboarding processes (and more)Handling some Tier 2 HR cases requiring investigation and resolutionMaintaining service level agreements (24–48 hours depending on task type)Supporting projects and process improvements within the HR functionUsing tools including Workday, Jira, Slack, and G-Suite for day-to-day operationsCollaborating with global colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers and clear communicationWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years’ experience in a high-volume HR shared services roleProven ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage your own workloadStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with HRIS and ticketing systems (Workday and Jira a plus)Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground runningWhy Join?Fully remote role with a global reachOpportunity to contribute to both BAU and project workJoin a collaborative, people-focused environmentIf you’re ready to bring your HR expertise to a dynamic global team, apply today!
