They are looking for a senior metal trader to join the desks to be based in LondonKey Responsibilities:Lead physical trading activities across base, minor, or ferrous metals, depending on expertiseManage and grow a profitable trading book, developing new business with both suppliers and end-usersNegotiate and execute purchase and sales contracts, ensuring timely delivery and executionMaintain close oversight of logistical, contractual, and financial elements of each tradeCollaborate with internal teams (traffic, legal, risk, compliance) to ensure operational excellence and trade integrityCandidate Profile:Minimum 3–7 years’ experience in physical metals trading (open to metal products, with an established book and network).Deep understanding of international metals markets, including sourcing and distribution channelsCommercially sharp with strong negotiation skills and full P&L responsibility experienceEntrepreneurial and self-driven, with the ability to build and scale trading flowsWillingness to travel internationally as required
