We are hiring a Workday Analyst who will support the Head of HRIS in the development and maintenance of Workday. The Workday Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support in a busy environment to the wider HR team including; troubleshooting, understanding and playing back the system set-up, as well as having an operational focus helping to drive forward, support and develop annual processes such as the performance review cycle, compensation review and mandatory learning periods. This role also has a strong reporting element, and will liaise with key stakeholders and users to add value with MI reporting. The HRIS Analyst will adapt and understand our unique set-up and utilise their knowledge and experience to help improve processes within and surrounding Workday.The role will support the HR teams in London, Sydney, Singapore, and other business hubs, as follows:Overall maintenance of Workday, supporting end-users by troubleshooting and remediating issues and queriesAnnual Calendar - design, test, rollout, and support of key business processes such as Performance Review Management, Annual Compensation Review, Mandatory LearningProjects - implementation of 3rd party system integrations, organisational re-designs, process and report upgradesBAU - updating system functionality, MI reporting, responding to system queries, support internal & external audit requests, security administration, integration maintenanceSystem Upgrades - testing and implementing bi-annual releases, configuration of new featuresCreation of MI reporting - annual, monthly and ad-hocMaintaining user guides, documentation, and intranet pages for employee, manager and HR useResponding to internal and external audit requestsKEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate has:Experience working within a global HR department, and with multiple stakeholders across the businessProven experience with Workday HCM (essential), experience with Absence, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Advanced Compensation (all desirable)Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skillsKnowledge of configuration of reports and custom dashboard creation, calculated fields, business processes, security groups, performance review templates, absence plansUnderstanding of troubleshooting integrationsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyThe ability to manage and own projectsCMC Markets is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
