Supervisor - Fire Remediation

Working on behalf of our client based on a site in Barry. We are currently recruiting for Site Supervisors with Fire Remediation experience.Scope of WorksThe project includes fire safety remediation works such as compartmentation, fire stopping, cladding remediation, and associated upgrades within occupied and non-occupied buildings.Key DutiesSupervising day-to-day site operations and fire remediation worksManaging operatives and subcontractors on siteOverseeing fire stopping, compartmentation, and associated remedial worksEnsuring health & safety standards are met and maintained at all timesAssisting with site coordination alongside the Site Manager and Contracts ManagerMonitoring quality of workmanship and reporting any issuesEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme and specificationsSupporting toolbox talks and site inductionsAssisting with RAMS implementation and site documentationWhat We Are Looking For in the Successful CandidateProven experience as a Supervisor on fire remediation or fire safety projectsSSSTS (essential)CSCS Gold or Black Card (Supervisor/Manager level)Fire Marshal / Fire Warden CertificationFirst Aid at WorkStrong trade background (e.g. carpentry, drylining, fire stopping, brickwork, etc.)Ability to supervise trades and maintain site standardsStrong communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licenceDesirable ExperienceExperience working on high-rise or occupied buildingsKnowledge of current fire safety regulations and remediation standardsExperience liaising with clients and residentsWhat Our Client OffersUp to £260 per Day DOEWorking hours: Monday Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm3 year projectJBRP1_UKTJ
