This Level 2/3 role involves diagnosing complex network incidents, implementing change requests, and deploying cutting-edge monitoring toolsets both remotely and in the field.You'll work hands-on with traffic analysis, packet capture, SNMP tools, and dashboard creation for SOC/NOC environments. Expect exposure to enterprise networking (Juniper, Cisco), virtualization (VMWare, Docker), and scripting (Python, PowerShell, BASH).
