Cross-cut Operative

Cross-cut Operative I am looking for a cross-cut operative who is happy to join our Team at Arbor Forest in New Holland site. This is permanent role from day one! We can offer training and progression within the company. You need to be flexible with regards to the working hours, as we do have 2 shift patterns, mornings and afternoons but in the future, it may go to 3 shift patterns which will includes night shift as well. Hourly rate is 13.10 per hour, Monday to Friday We are looking for hard working, punctual, loyal and enthusiastic candidates. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Reading production programmes and ensuring correct product is cutcorrectly Setting and operation ofX-cutmachine Use of Powered stack, Vacuumliftand strapping machines. Reporting any machine defects to supervisor Carry all work out inline with current risk assessments and S.O.P Upkeep of cleanliness ofwork area Report any incidents and Near misses Checking quality of cutfinish product Follow packaging instruction from the programme. Ticketing finished product and ensuring all information is correct Provide instruction andguidancetotheGeneralOperative assisting Meeting production targets Filling in the correct documentation (Daily Production Tally sheet etc.) The above list of duties is notexhaustive,and you maybe requiredto undertake any other duties as and when required by Management. Skills & Knowledge: Good standard of English and Maths Communication Skills Power stacker licence Personal Attributes A confident, enthusiastic,approachableand motivated person.
