The ideal candidate will have a Buying background preferably with experience in Mens & Boys and will be responsible for the strategy and planning of this key area of the business.Key skills and experience. Own the buying strategy for mens & boys category across all channels Spot trends and translate them into commercially successful product range Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing to build cohesive seasonal stories Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costings to hit margin targets Analyse sales data and customer feedback to drive performance and innovation Proven experience as a buyer Strong commercial acumen and trend forecasting ability Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetPlease note: Only candidates with full eligibility to work in the UK can be considered for this role.
