As Head of Project Management Office you will lead the PM professional discipline, covering the people, processes, and tools used to deliver project management capability within SEA, contributing to company objectives through effective project delivery. Your work will support SEA’s effective & efficient project definition, delivery, execution, and controls; knowledge and learning, reporting, data integrity; resource planning & allocation and project governance. The Project Management Office will support: Project Governance – Ensuring a structured approach to govern the projects, that involves various stakeholders, team members, project managers, project sponsors, investors, clients, etc. These stakeholders have well-defined roles, responsibilities, and decision-making capacities. Plan and Schedule Resource Efficiency – Ensuring enterprise resources are utilized in the most efficient manner and the right resources are allocated to the right project at the right time. Project reporting – Centralised project information, defining and delivering reports to the right stakeholders and at the right time, so that people can make informed and timely decisions for the success of the project. You’ll bring experience of setting up project management offices, defining processes, procedures and standards, and an ability to chart a course for our discipline through a busy period of growth. You’ll be: Competent in building networks with applicable stakeholders and staff at all levels and departments across the business Knowledgeable and experienced in all phases of projects from inception, planning and organisation, monitoring & control and closure.
