The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, and managing kitchen operations effectively. Key duties include menu planning, inventory management, collaborating with the kitchen team, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Chef will also focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by creating enjoyable dining experiences for guests.QualificationsProfessional culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentationExperience in developing menus and managing inventory effectivelyKnowledge and adherence to food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and best practicesStrong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage and collaborate with a teamOrganizational and time management skills to operate in a fast-paced kitchen environmentFlexibility and a positive attitude to adapt to diverse responsibilities and ensure guest satisfactionPrevious experience in a similar role in hospitality or catering is advantageousRelevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus
