Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor

Our client is looking for an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor to join thier team on a temporary basis, covering until 2nd January 2026 . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled surveyor to play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock across the borough. The Role As a Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor, you will: Carry out property inspections across the borough (using your own vehicle) Complete surveys, reports, and paperwork via a provided iPad Liaise with contractors, partners, and customers to ensure works are completed effectively Take a lead on Damp & Mould inspections , providing expert advice and solutions Manage projects from survey through to completion, ensuring quality, timescales, and budgets are met Support compliance with housing standards, health 'safety, and customer care The client is seeking a candidate with: Strong experience in housing repairs and maintenance surveying Relevant Level 4 qualification (i.e. HNC / NVQ) or extensive experience in a previous role Specialist knowledge of Damp & Mould Excellent communication and customer service skills Confidence in managing contractors, projects, and multiple priorities Strong IT skills, including mobile systems (iPad) and housing software A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle Basic DBS certificate If you feel yo hae the right skills for this role please apply via CV TPBN1_UKTJ
