Job DescriptionRole Title: Lead Business Analyst / Project ManagerDuration: contract to run until 28/11/2025Location: Sheffield/ Barnsley, hybrid 3 days per week onsiteRate: up to 417.03 p/d Umbrella inside IR35Role purpose / summaryOur client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the delivery of its Tech Net Zero Program. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of sustainability-focused technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with the clients broader environmental and operational goals.The client is looking for someone who has been a BA become a PM and has data centre experience.Key Skills/ requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project, and track progress against key milestones.Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.Model and document business processes using Visio and Confluence.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and decision records.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Ensure adherence to the clients governance, compliance, and reporting standards.Required Skills & ExperienceEnterprise data centre infrastructure or hardware asset management experienceProven experience in project management and business analysis, ideally within large-scale technology or sustainability programs.Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.Expertise in timeline and resource management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and Visio.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.DesirableExperience in sustainability or Net Zero initiatives.Familiarity with Banking internal systems and processes.All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
