MOT testers preferred, but not essential we offer MOT training after probation. Work as part of a friendly, collaborative, customer-focused team. Salary & Benefits Basic salary: 28,000 36,000 (depending on experience) OTE: 33,000 40,000 (with overtime available) Team bonus: 500 800 per month (most techs achieve this consistently) Team-based bonus no competition, we all win together.
