Experience of assisted sales within a furniture, homeware, furnishings or kitchen/bedroom bathroom business would be an advantage! What you'll be doing: Leading from the front by delivering a first-class customer journey. Driving store sales and ensuring commercial targets are achieved. Recruiting, coaching and developing a motivated and high-performing team. Taking ownership of stock management and product presentation. Using business data to identify opportunities and implement improvements. Building lasting relationships with customers, including high-value clients. Recognising and rewarding great performance while managing underperformance. Working closely with your Area Manager on new initiatives and retail projects. We're looking for a Store Manager who is: Customer-obsessed with a passion for retail. Commercially minded and results driven. An inspirational leader who can energise and influence a team. Experienced in a sales-focused retail environment, ideally within a premium or assisted sales sector.
