What Youll Be Owning Lead from the front drive team targets and deliver strong unit and F&I results Coach and develop a high-performing sales team hiring, mentoring, motivating Maximise profitability on every deal chassis + F&I Deliver exceptional customer journeys and resolve any post-sale queries Oversee finance & insurance compliance and regulatory requirements Own pricing strategy daily stock reviews and listing management Keep customer satisfaction high and your showroom buzzing ??
