Occupational Therapist | 32.02 per hour |North London We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of Social Workers, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists delivering an integrated health and social care service to the local community in Islington. Location: Islington, North London Hourly Rate: 32.02 Contract Type: Locum/Agency - Hybrid Working Working Pattern: Full-time About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will take a lead role in coordinating care and support for service users, carers, and familiesworking closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes. You will manage a caseload of varying complexity and help people maintain or regain their independence through holistic and person-centred interventions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and care coordinate a caseload of adults with diverse and complex needs Work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated care Liaise with service users, carers, families, and professionals to develop and implement care plans Support and guide junior staff on more complex cases (if at higher grade) Accurately input and maintain up-to-date case management records for monitoring and planning Provide a cost-effective, person-centred service using available resources across Social Services, Health, community, and voluntary sectors Requirements: HCPC registered Occupational Therapist Previous experience working within a community or social care setting Strong communication, organisational, and case management skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Experience managing complex cases and contributing to multidisciplinary planning If you're a committed Occupational Therapist looking to make a real difference in a supportive, team-based environment wed love to hear from you.
