We are recruiting for a strong Sous Chef to join an amazing team at a lovely Gastro pub in central London. There is a big focus on working with seasonal, organic ingredients and aiming towards zero waste, so you should share that passion. You will assist the Senior Sous and Head Chefs in managing the kitchen, which will included staff training, rotas, food costs, ordering and menu development. Working 48 hours a week with overtime paid, this company really has its staff at its heart and will be flexible on hours (you will have the option of working less hours pro rata) and to accommodate family commitments.
