Senior Structural Engineer

Our client, a leading EPC energy company, is seeking a skilled Civil Structural Engineer to design, plan, and oversee the construction of wind and solar projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop structural designs for renewable energy projects. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, health 'safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Perform structural analysis and stability calculations. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to integrate designs. Oversee construction activities and quality standards. Conduct inspections and provide technical support on-site. Identify and mitigate potential structural risks. Prepare documentation for planning and building permits. Participate in project meetings and contribute to design improvements. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Professional accreditation (e.g., Chartered Engineer) preferred. Experience in structural engineering within the renewables sector. Strong understanding of UK regulations and industry standards. Proficiency in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.
