Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor - Waste & Recycling Facility Location: North London Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their operations at a waste and recycling facility in North London . This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading day-to-day site activities and managing operational teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise 3-10 operatives per shift Oversee site operations including waste in/out, mobile plant, and site activities Manage multiple workstreams across the site Use site systems such as SCADA, VMS, and weighbridge systems Requirements: Proven supervisory experience in a site-based environment (construction, industrial, utilities, or similar) Strong IT, literacy, and numeracy skills Confident managing teams and operational systems Waste industry experience desirable but not essential Hours & Shifts: Shift start times between 6:00am - 9:30am 8-12 hour shifts, average 39 hours per week 1 in 3 weekends (day shifts only) Contract: Immediate start Initial 2-month contract with potential to become permanent Supervisors will work as part of a wider leadership team with full operational support.
