Job Reference: 849 Job Title: Fire Door Surveyor Salary: 38,000 - 43,000 Location: London Job Type: Technical/ Engineering Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Job Summary Were looking for a passionate and dedicated fire door surveyor to join our clients team. In this role, youll be inspecting fire doors across various high end commercial sites in London Key Responsibilities Inspect fire doors across commercial and residential buildings to ensure compliance and safety. Assess door condition, hardware, seals, frames, and functionality. Identify issues, document findings, and recommend maintenance, repairs, or replacements. Test doors for proper operation, including closing and latching performance. Maintain accurate inspection records and stay up to date with fire door regulations. Advise clients and building owners on fire door maintenance and upgrades.
