Job Description Were working closely with a reputable and expanding roofing contractor who are now looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist contractor delivering a variety of roofing projects across the South East, with values typically ranging from 100k up to 1.5m.About the Role:Youll work closely with Contracts Team, managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple roofing projects.Key Responsibilities:Managing project costs, variations, and valuationsLiaising with site managers, suppliers, and clientsSubcontractor procurement and paymentsFinal account preparation and dispute resolution where requiredIdeal Candidate:Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in roofing, cladding, or specialist subcontractingStrong understanding of JCT contracts and cost controlAble to manage multiple projects at different stagesConfident, detail-focused, and commercially awareDegree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction (preferred)Salary & Benefits:Basic from: 60,000Car allowancePension & benefits packagePlease contact Robert Ferrari for a preliminary discussion or feel free to applyJBRP1_UKTJ
