Job DescriptionASAP Start Senior HR Advisor needed for 6-9 month project FTC! A leading leisure business is looking for an HR Advisor with a strong focus on compliance to join the team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy, people-first operation where youll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and supportive of team wellbeing.Youll be the go-to person for employment law, right-to-work requirements, GDPR, policy audits, and training working alongside park leadership and a central people team to safeguard the employee experience from day one and beyond.What youll be doing:Leading internal audits, ensuring right to work, DBS checks, GDPR, and employment law compliance are in place and up to date.Reviewing and improving people processes across recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.Analysing people data and time & attendance reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.Coaching and supporting leaders across the business to embed compliant, inclusive HR practices.Communicating updates to HR policies and driving continuous improvements in line with business and legal requirements.What youll bring:Strong understanding of UK employment law, GDPR, right-to-work and visa requirements.Proven HR experience, ideally within an advisory or management role in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.Confidence working with systems and data, and interpreting this for meaningful outcomes.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative and people-first approach.A values-driven mindset with a focus on doing whats right for people and the business.
